Liberty Leasing is a specialist asset finance company offering asset and vehicle finance to UK based businesses, high net worth individuals and regulated consumer hire and credit agreements.
There is an exciting opportunity for a New Business Administrator to join the company in Warsash, Southampton. This is a full time role, working Monday to Friday 0900 to 1730.
**Job summary**
- To provide the new business team with administrative support.
**Key responsibilities**
- Navigate and complete administrative tasks on the customer relationship management system and through third party websites.
- Carry out pre and post pay-out administrative tasks.
- Work closely with senior staff members in regard to deal pay-outs.
- Liaise with the internal and external sales teams in relation to administrative tasks to process deals.
**Competencies**
- Excellent communication skills and confident telephone manner.
- Positive and supportive attitude.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and work within time constraints and to strict deadlines.
- Ability to work well within a team and independently.
- Good computer literacy skills especially Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Pay: From £20,000.00 per year
