We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Finance Specialist to join our Finance & Insurance team in Southampton. Working within our Central Processing Unit, you will play a significant role within a small team responsible for providing customers with financing solutions for their vehicle requirements.

**The Opportunity**:
In this role you will:

- Work closely with the sales teams enabling them to fully understand their customers financial requirements.
- Liaise with a variety of lenders to obtain funding to allow customers to complete their purchase.
- Be responsible for managing a significant amount of customer data, monitoring the outcomes of their cases, and producing reports using our in-house systems in line with regulatory compliance (FCA) and GDPR; and
- Oversee the running of finance renewal platforms with a view to grow this area of the business through retaining customers and reaching successful outcomes for both them and the business.

**About you**:

- Good planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Process driven.
- Analytically minded and confident presenting data to a variety of audiences.
- You will be confident working with computers and a variety of systems/platforms due to the nature of the role.
- Previous knowledge of the automotive industry would be beneficial but is also not essential.
