Page Personnel is partnering with a manufacturing business who are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their accountancy team on a full time permanent basis.
**Client Details**
Our client is a successful manufacturing business who have seen rapid growth in the past 12 months. They are based in Southampton and do require travel to their offices.
**Description**
As the Finance Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- To co-ordinate and communicate with to ensure that customer requirements are met within the required timescales.
- Process collections from customers within agreed timescales meeting customer requirements.
- To follow up on failed collections and maintain appropriate spreadsheets within the department to ensure necessary action is taken to predetermined timescales.
- To assist the Department in developing cross team co-operation & liaison with all departments.
- To undertake any ad hoc tasks that may be necessary as specified by the Dispute Administration Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service.
**Profile**
To be successful for the Finance Administrator role, you must:
- Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Have strong communication skills
- Be able to take ownership of tasks
- Have the ability to plan ahead, set goals and organise effectively to achieve objectives
- Be flexible and adaptable to change
**Job Offer**
