The hotel hosts a fantastic state of the art leisure club and swimming pool and as a valued member of staff you will be granted complimentary use of these facilities. You will also benefit from staff meals while on shift and 28 days annual leave each year. This is an excellent time to be joining a modern and growing business.

Responsibilities and Duties
- To provide excellent face to face service to all guests and members.
- Check in/out guests providing seamless experiences.
- Completing reservations online or over the telephone.
- Face to face bookings for events/reservations.
- Administration duties.
- Providing local information/recommendations for Hotel guests.
- Cashing up of shifts daily.
- Comply with Health & Safety regulations.
- Preparing bills/invoices.
- Taking and completing special requests.
- Problem solving.

Qualifications and Skills
- Two years’ experience.
- GCSE+ Qualifications.
- Sound service industry knowledge.
- Trained in Protel Hotel management systems (not essential)
