A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced digital marketer with strong ecommerce skills to join a growing team as a Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Manager.

Reporting to the Head of eCommerce, and leading the digital marketing team to drive traffic, revenue and conversion rate across all sites/stores.

The Digital Marketing & Ecommerce Manager will develop, handle and implement digital communications strategies and campaigns, finding new ways to make brands stand out.

Experience of working on campaign strategies that bring together all digital platforms is essential. The role will also involve executing campaigns around the full spectrum of digital marketing disciplines; working with eCRM, Paid and Organic search, DigitalPR and social media.

**Role and responsibilities**:

- Understanding of client needs and the opportunity to develop integrated digital marketing strategies with and for them, interfacing with client teams and adding maximum value.
- Managing campaigns and the development of brand assets. You will be expected to drive creative and develop ideas, working with both internal and external digital teams to implement and execute those ideas.
- Developing strong client relationships and making sure we exceed their expectations, managing requirements day-to-day and delivering regular reports to share successes.
- Handle multiple clients, with multiple needs.
- Develop client relationships and up/cross sell further marketing services.
- Monitoring client campaigns to ensure they are delivering against agreed objectives.
- Constantly updating systems and processes to stay at the cutting edge of marketing tech.

**Skills and experience required**:

- Experience working in digital marketing and ecommerce is essential
- Experience with platforms such as Shopify, Magento, Woo Commerce, Klaviyo, Mailchimp preferred
- Managerial experience would be a bonus - Potential to lead and inspire a young team
- Driven, ambitious and passionate about everything digital
- An individual who is self-starting, motivated and confident in their decision making abilities and creative thinking.
- Possibly ex-agency looking for a new, client-side challenge
