Sales & Marketing Administrator

You'll be part of our small, friendly sales and marketing team, helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Perfect for someone with office experience and confident learning new systems and processes quickly.

What you'll be doing. Your role will be to assist the sales and marketing team with admin tasks. Every day will vary, but you'll play an important part in keeping our sales and marketing activities moving. Tasks include:

  • Identifying new companies for us to market to

  • Entering and maintaining data in our CRM system (Workbooks)

  • Managing print jobs and direct mail tasks

  • Transcribing handwritten forms into excel

  • Setting up Zoom meetings and webinars

About you. Organised, accurate and proactive, you enjoy working with data and detail to help a busy team stay on top of things. From keeping spreadsheets accurate to spotting patterns and errors early, you'll take pride in maintaining clean, reliable information that others can depend on. There will be plenty of support to learn systems and processes, but the role calls for someone bright, curious and quick to pick things up. Clear, confident communication is key. Solid computer skills, familiarity with digital tools and a flexible, can-do attitude are essential. Sales or marketing experience isn't required, but an interest in how data supports commercial decision-making will help you thrive. While the position sits within the sales and marketing team, this is an administrative role, ideal for someone who enjoys varied office work, values accuracy and likes supporting others to get things done.

The details

Salary: £26,500 FTE per annum (£13,250 pro rata)

Hours: 20 per week

Location: Romsey, Hampshire, parking provided

Holidays: 20 days plus 3 between Christmas and New Year

Essential qualifications: Minimum GCSE Grade C / 4 (or equivalent) in English and Maths

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £13,250.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
