At Sytner Group, we’re introducing a new role of Performance Coach/Trainer within our L&D team that will support our prestige brands of BMW and MINI.

The role is varied and rewarding. Your contribution will be significant and crucial for:

- coaching and developing our managers and teams
- scoping bespoke training requirements with our senior leadership teams
- designing modern, fresh and engaging training from on-demand content curation, interactive virtual sessions to face to face training events
- delivery of virtual and classroom based training

Working within our established professional L&D team and partnering our BMW/MINI division, we’re excited to welcome a personality capable of taking an idea or business opportunity and transforming it in to a fully deliverable programme - therefore we’d like you to demonstrate exceptional skills across the full training cycle and the ability to support our leaders and teams with your proven coaching skills. You’ll need to be a commercial, passionate and competent L&D partner.

Experience of success delivering in a retail/customer focused environment is important to us - L&D experience within the automotive industry would be very valuable too. If you feel you are the right fit and are energised by the scope of this opportunity, then we’d love to hear from you.

You will be supporting our businesses with blended learning solutions and coaching throughout our BMW and MINI division. We utilise Zoom/Teams for our training interventions and performance coaching where appropriate to enable flexibility as to your approach. We also operate a semi-flexible working environment which empowers you to manage your time between home working, working from our Head office (in Leicester) and being amongst our teams within our BMW/MINI dealerships.

Evidence of your own CPD would be expected, ideally in line with an appropriate professional qualification. Ideally, applicants will be able to demonstrate a minimum of 5 years relevant coaching and training experience.

The role is full time and offers a competitive salary, with a management level enhanced package including a company car or car allowance, PMI, enhanced pension scheme and holiday entitlement.
