HCPA are now recruiting for an Office Administrator and Receptionist to oversee the smooth running of the office and training venue. This is an exciting position for someone to extend their administrative and customer service skills. We are looking for someonewho has a passion and enthusiasm to raise the standard of quality of care, who has great attention to detail, is customer service orientated and has administrative experience.

Hertfordshire Care Providers Association (HCPA) is a unique award-winning company set up to support adult care providers within Hertfordshire to raise quality standards of care. We are a non-profit member’s association. We support over 550 care organisationsto improve the quality of care they provide across a variety of projects such as staff training and providing information and guidance. We also provide additional services and projects such as a fully funded Recruitment service, Impartial Feedback servicesand the Stop Falls Campaign.

**What does the role of Receptionist and Administrator involve?**

You will work closely with the IT & Business Support Team Manager. This is a busy training and education centre with customer care at its focus.
- Your day-to-day duties will include:_
- Being first line contact for all incoming enquiries to our provider hub, liaising with appropriate teams to provide correct information and guidance
- PA for the Head of Operations - organising meetings, taking minutes, allocating actions and tasks
- Monitoring the venue and space booking system and ensure there are no clashes
- Ensuring full functionality of the visitor sign in system
- Inputting survey data and create reports and updating the CRM with all customer information
- Providing KPI reports to the IT & Business Support Team Manager
- Ensuring smooth running of the training centre including keeping it tidy and to line ensure ordering, replenishing items, refreshments and tracking cleaning schedules.
- Liaising with IT and Operations on technical office support and with stakeholders including facilities management for post, canteen and parking
- Undertaking general office administration duties for the wider HCPA team

We are looking for an enthusiastic person with excellent IT skills, who is also organised, and process driven. You can hear a smile down the telephone line, so we need someone who has great customer service skills. - Own transport with insurance for business use is essential for this role as travel around Hertfordshire may be required
