We have an exciting opportunity available for a **Logistics Operative** to join our team based at our **Holbeach** and **Moulton**sites. You will join us on a **full-time, permanent** basis, and in return, you will receive a **competitive salary of £9.95 -10.42 per hour (once fully trained).**
**Working hours**:06:30 - 19:00, on a continental shift pattern, however additional hours over the peak periods will be required to include early starts, late finishes, and weekend working.

As one of our **Logistics Operative**, you will receive - process - pick, and dispatch incoming and outgoing stock and/or orders and assist the Stock/Logistics team when required.
**What you’ll be doing as our Logistics Operative**:
- Organising the storage of incoming and outgoing products in the designated location in the cooler
- Picking the products in accordance with the picklist/dispatch notes. Placing the picked products with the required forms ready for further processing
- Maintain accurate stock rotation of products
- Quality checking during picking and communicating quality deviations with Manager, Supervisors, or Planners
- Effective product handling to prevent damage throughout the picking process
- Awareness of deviations in stock levels; overstocks and shortages and discuss with the Manager, Supervisors or Planner.
- Stock counting when require
- Discuss maintenance problems with the relevant personnel
- Ensure the cooler is organised and housekeeping standards are maintained as per the Company policy
- Be expected where possible to cover extra shifts during peak periods - Mothers day, Daffodil season et
- Entering and recording intake/dispatch notes and orders, completing and filing applicable paperwork correctly in a timely manner
- Any other tasks required by the supervisor and/or managers, in line with the level of scope of the position
- Comply with the requirements of the company Health & Safety Policy and company handbook

**What we’re looking for in ourLogistics Operative**:
**Essential**
- ?Product Knowledge - Varieties of flowers, greenery, finished goods and other floral products
- Experience in Vision computer system not essential but preferred
- Electric wheels and/or forklift license
- Level English: intermediary
- Coaching colleagues on efficient ways of working
- Own transport
- Ability to problem solve and think outside the box
**Desirable**
- Floral knowledge
- Horticulture Knowledge desirable, but not essential
- Excellent people skills
- Warehouse background ideal, but not essential
