**Technical Manager - Privately Owned Bespoke Developer - Up to £75,000 + Bonus + Benefits**

Potensis Selection are currently working for a privately-owned residential developer, who are looking to expand their team in the Oxford area by bringing in an additional Technical Manager.

Some of the job responsibilities will include:

- Manage the delivery of a site from start to finish.
- Manage an external team of consultants.
- Ensure health and safety protocol is being followed closely.
- Budget at quantity level.
- Ensure the project gets delivered on time and at the high quality finish the developer is known for.
