An excellent opportunity awaits an experienced developer with strong Python and AWS skills to join a leading energy solutions firm in a role offering ownership, clear progression path and ability to shape the growth of the business.This company is a leading PaaS solutions developer for the energy sector on a brilliant growth trajectory and led by a leadership team with extensive experience in the UK Energy and Tech sectors.Technical Lead (Python & AWS)In this role you will take ownership of the engineering function across a team of thirteen. You will cover technical direction and architecture, standards, tooling, development process, coaching, and overall output quality. The teams are small, currently self-managing, and the work leans towards the back end. This role offers a clear structured progression into a ‘Head of’ role, playing a key role not in the technical development, but hiring and shaping the team to scale.
