**M&A Integration Technical Project Manager**

**London - Remote working for the most part**

**6 months (scope to extend)**

**£650 - 700 Per Day Via Umbrella Inside IR35**

My high-profile banking client is looking for an M&A Integration Technical Project Manager to join their team on an initial contract of 6 months with the possibility of the role being extended. Remote working for most of the role with an occasional Londonbased office meeting. They are looking for a Technical Integration Project Manager that will manage complex integration projects across Applications, Digital, Infrastructure and cloud landscapes.

It should be noted that this role, whilst a management position will require involvement at a detailed or actionable level.
- Meeting with acquisition target
- Preparation and completion of documentation to support integration activities such as Reports, Budgets, Architectural Reviews, RAID logs and the like
- The ability to coordinate across multiple work streams
- The ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Creation of integration/transition documentation to ensure compliance with standards
- Preparation and presentation of documents to support progress of due diligence to Senior Management
- Working with business manage the implementation of IT policies and security standards.
- Following completion of the Acquisition support the following integration and transition project through to closure.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Project Costs - Budgeting and cost management
- Organisation and involvement in regular Project meetings
- Work with Business Stakeholders in the delivery of the Integration project
- Reporting and Preparation of Meetings and Presentations.
- Supporting and assisting Senior Project Managers/ Programme Managers across multiple disciplines (for example Compliance, Procurement, Finance, Business units and Risk)
- Supporting other Project Managers with creation and maintenance of project documentation such as PO's, Project Plans, PID's etc.,
- Meeting with Clients both external and internal during the Project
- Identify internal and external resources that will deliver a successful project
- Evaluate the progress of project on regular basis and take proactive steps to resolve any risks or issues

**Key Skills and Experience**
- Prince2 or local equivalent
- Positive attitude to work
- Building effective relationships and stakeholder management
- Communicating effectively, both verbal and written
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage workloads and priorities
- Able to work with mínimal supervision
- Strong technical understanding across digital disciplines
- Strong technical appreciation of Cloud technologies with particular emphasis on M365 / Azure
- Strong IT (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint), numeracy and literacy skills
- Must have worked in a previous technical role (M&A preferable)
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of IT security
