**Salary**: £80,000 - 90,000

An exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Senior Project Manager to make an impact on the growth of a global insurance group.
The Senior Project Manager will need to thrive in an autonomous environment and have the time-management and prioritisation skills to simultaneously manage multiple M&A's at different stages.
This role is currently reporting to the Director of Change and has tremendous progression opportunities as the team and company continous to grow.
**About the role**:

- Manage multiple M&A simultaneously
- Help define M&N playbook for a global company
- Analyse existing processes to preempt discrepancies and improve procedures
- Extensive stakeholder management
- Manage integration projects from different stages of delivery
- Risk assessment
- Produce and manage RAID logs
- Creating detailed reports to effectively communicate with key stakeholders

**Experience**:

- Proven experience managing M&A integration projects
- Insurance or Financial services background
- An understanding of the EMEA/UK insurance market
- Excellent business improvement knowledge
- Experience leading complex projects within tight deadlines and within budget
- Excellent stakeholder management experience
- Time management skills are key
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative problem solver
- Ability to travel when required
