We’re looking for a Housekeeper who loves keeping things clean, cosy, and inviting. Whether it's ensuring our guest rooms are spotless or keeping our shared spaces sparkling, you'll be part of the heartbeat of what makes the Hope & Anchor feel like a home away from home.

**About the Role**:
As a Housekeeper, you'll help ensure every guest enjoys a restful, comfortable stay. From fresh linen and spotless bathrooms to polished floors and tidy pub spaces, your eye for detail will help keep our pub looking its best, every day of the week.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Room Cleaning**: Refreshing and preparing our 12 rooms to a high standard between guest stays.
- **Pub & Shared Areas**: Keeping our dining areas, restrooms, and public spaces clean and presentable throughout the day.
- **First Impressions**: Helping create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all guests.
- **Teamwork**: Supporting colleagues across departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- **Pride in the Place**: Taking care of the building and contributing to its charm and character.

The Hope & Anchor is a beautiful riverside pub, restaurant & inn nestled in the heart of Ross-On-Wye with multiple dining options for customers including a traditional pub bar and a modern cocktail bar, two restaurants, a riverside hut serving those on the go, and a spacious garden with outdoor seating including a Bandstand and all-weather tent area, both of which can house entertainment. We also have 12 beautiful recently refurbished riverside en-suite rooms available, with breakfast included and served in the pub.
