Customer Team Member Location: Overross Street, Ross on Wye, HR9 7AS. Pay: £12.60 per hour. Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent part‑time. Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview. As a Customer Team Member you’ll join a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. You’ll provide great service on the tills and shop floor, perform tasks around the store such as restocking shelves and cleaning spillages, work in our in‑store bakery and support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members. What you’ll do Friendly and thoughtful service – put customers first, respond to queries, champion Co‑op products and Membership, work in our in‑store bakery and deliver a great shopping experience. Work together to make everyone’s day better – support your store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members. Make sure the store is safe and legal – keep shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates and temperatures are correct. Help introduce new products and services – make changes feel natural, share experiences with your colleagues so everyone learns together. Support your local community – get involved in all kinds of activities and events. This job would suit people who have A genuine care for the needs of customers and members.
