**Job Description**:
**Job Title**: Sales Administrator

**Job Type**:Permanent

**Hours**: 35 per week

**Job Location**:Glasgow

**Remuneration**: As Sales Administrator, you’ll receive a salary of between £22,00 and 27,000 depending on experience, plus you’ll benefit from a **10**% performance bonus private health cover **a**fter 1 years’ service**, a contributory pension scheme and life cover**.**

You will be working as part of the sales & marketing team with administrative, sales, and marketing tasks to help reach the team’s objectives.

**Key Accountabilities;**
- Work in the sales team delivering Territory Sales Plans to help ensure the company exceeds revenue and local contribution targets
- Responsible for arranging sales conferences including shipping booths, booking exhibitor packages, delegate only packages, invoice payment, and tracking all activities with sales team, requires a good understanding of procurement systems and purchase orders
- Work with team members to regularly and accurately update sales forecast tool based on information from territory managers and clients
- Support territory managers with travel arrangements and expenses from travel to clients/conferences
- Updating and maintaining sales information in the customer relationship management system (VCRM), including client info, contacts, quote templates, quote notes, business cards, conference contact lists
- Tracking agreements with clients to notify the team on expiry dates and key terms and conditions
- Work with Clients/SGS Legal to implement agreements, including confidentiality and master sales agreements

**Qualifications**:
**In addition to the above you’ll also need to demonstrate the following;**
- Organisation and planning in a sales environment, and being pro-active with making improvements to existing processes
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Respect for people and interpersonal skills with an awareness of different cultural styles
- Ownership and ability to drive own KPIs and targets
- Maintaining a client management system or database
- Organising and delivering work on-time in a fast-paced sales environment
- Working successfully as part of a sales team to deliver team objectives
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business

**The following attributes would be desirable, but not essential;**
- Knowledge of biotechnology market
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar sales administration role
- Experience with implementing customer agreements, such as CDA and MSA
- Experience in the Life Science industry
