Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Negotiator. You will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their property needs, whether it be buying or selling. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the property market and would like to work in family run estate agency..

**Duties**:

- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers
- Negotiate offers between buyers/ and sellers
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on available properties
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their specific requirements
- Proactively seeking market appraisals and add on sales i.e. mortgages and solicitors
- Sales progression
- Stay updated on market trends and changes in the real estate industry

Qualifications:

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven administrative experience
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A valid driver's license
- Ideally holding a technical award in property sales or willing to achieve this within 12 months.
