Customer Advisor Cardiff - Hybrid working Monday - Friday (37 hours per week)6-month contact - likely to extend£12.90 per hourTate Recruitment are working with a well-established, award-winning energy provider to recruit for 3 customer advisors to join their Customer Service team.As a customer advisor, your main duty will be interacting with customers and talking about the benefits of a Smart Meter. This is not a sales role. The RoleKey Duties:

- Making outbound calls as well as dealing with inbound internal calls - Book smart meters, this role is target drive where achievable targets will be set weekly to the advisors. - Outbound & Inbound call centre, working off a list of current business customers, making calls to ask them if they would like to upgrade to a SMART meter (which is a free service)
- Provide quality customer service - Updating customer databases and information Person Specification:

- Previous experience in call centre environments
- Superb customer services & communication skills
- Good IT skills (especially Excel)
