Overview Customer Advisor – Part Time – 20 hours per week – Fixed Term Contract until 31/01/2026 – Shifts available Monday – Sunday 6:00am – 10:00pm – UK Notional hourly rate £12.71 per hour – Location: B&Q Cardiff Gate Retail Park – We believe anyone can improve their home to make life better. Responsibilities Assist customers with product knowledge and home improvement projects. Engage in sales and drive revenue targets. Manage stock, set up displays, and maintain store presentation. Learn and apply paint‑mixing and timber cutting skills, as required. Use new technology and adapt to changing ways of working. What We Need Friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic about home improvement. Strong customer service orientation. Team player able to work a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
