Commercial Property Adjuster
- We're pleased to share a new opportunity for a Commercial Loss Adjuster to complement our existing team, handling a portfolio of Commercial material damage claims up to 100k.
- You will be responsible for all reports regarding each visit and full diary maintenance. Additionally, you'll be required to manage a caseload effectively providing service delivery within clients SLAs and meeting challenging audit criteria. Monthly settlement and /or financial targets will also be set by your line manager.
- Although you'll be working autonomously, your line manager will maintain regular contact with you to discuss service delivery and, in particular, to provide guidance and mentoring in relation to more complex and challenging claims. In addition, support will be provided through Claims Technicians.
- You will have/will be:
- Customer focus with a track record of delivering outstanding levels of service as a Loss Adjuster for several years
- Solid experience of dealing with commercial claims involving long format report writing
- Ability to validate buildings and contents claims by manual calculation or use of technology
- Ideally progressed with ACII and ACILA qualifications
- Good organisational & communications skills
- Be able to prioritise workload on a daily basis
- IT proficient and ability to pick up new systems such as technologies via iPad
- The ability to work on your own initiative and take ownership of your own caseload of claims
- Develop and maintain a close working relationship with the customers, to promote customer satisfaction during all stages of the claim
- Able to build good relationships with clients
- Conscientious, hard working as well as flexible and adaptable during times of surge
- Full UK Driving License is essential
