Week 1 - Monday5pm - 10.30pm, Wednesday5pm - 10.30pm, Friday 5pm - 10.30pm
Week 2 - Sunday 8am - 4.30pm, Tuesday5pm - 10.30pm, Saturday 5pm - 10.30pm
Week 3 - Sunday 4.30pm - 10.30pm, Thursday 5pm - 10.30pm
**Job Overview**
The Retail Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within a retail environment, ensuring that the store meets or exceeds sales goals, provides excellent customer service, and maintains an efficient and positive work atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
v Team Leadership & Supervision
Ø Supervise & motivate team members
Ø Delegate task to team members
v Customer Service
Ø Maintain high level of customer service and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Ø Resolve customer complaints quickly, ensuring customer satisfaction
v Store Operations
Ø Maintain store cleanliness, organisation and safety standards and health and safety regulations
Ø Handle cash register duties including exchanges, refunds and cash flow
Ø Closing of the store
Ø Monitor store to prevent loss or theft
**Time keeping**
v Arrive on time for shifts
v Manage time throughout shifts to ensure excellent productivity
**Skills**:
v Strong Leadership & team management
v Excellent communication
v Strong organisational skills
v Knowledge of retail operations
v Ability to work in a fast paced environment
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
