They have seen significant recovery and growth over the past 12 months and are requiring more support regarding their workload and as well as preparing and completing year end.The role reports to the Finance Manager and sits within a team of 6.
**Description**
As the Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Processing large volumes of invoices
- Raising invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Handling petty cash
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Preparing and processing the payment run
- Dealing with enquiries from customers and suppliers
**Profile**
In order to be considered for the Accounts Assistant role, you must:
- Have previously worked in a similar role and be able to demonstrate this
- Be immediately available or on short notice
- Be confident in using Excel and accounting software
- Be able to communicate effectively with customers and suppliers
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Be able to multi-task
