Nurtured in Norfolk is an established company based on the outskirts of Dereham. We supply Micro Cress, Vegetables, Pea Shoots, Edible Leaves and Flowers to a range of wholesalers and Michelin Star Restaurants in the UK.

**Objectives of the Role**:

- Oversee the daily running of the warehouse, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics
- Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency daily, with the main goal of increasing customer satisfaction through quality of stock
- Effectively manage space and equipment requirements, allowing all areas of the warehouse to always remain fully operational
- Maintain a safe working environment by following and enforcing procedures

**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out daily activities required in the warehouse, including quality assurance, stock rotation, space management, inventory control and waste disposal
- Daily inspections of equipment and machinery, ensuring they are safe to use
- Communicate with the buyer and packing team regarding stock levels to ensure products are always available for despatch
- Ensure the general tidiness of the warehouse areas, keeping them organised and clear of hazards
- Utilise other members of staff when necessary to complete tasks
- Assist with the goods-in function of the business when needed
- Assist with loading delivery vehicles for afternoon departure

**Qualifications, Skills, and Experience**:

- Experience in a warehouse role
- GCSEs or equivalent
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of warehouse procedure and duties
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think ahead

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Basic Forklift Licence

**Hours**:Monday - Friday **|** 06.30 - 15.00
