**As a Commercial Strategy Lead your main responsibilities would be**:
To engage the cross-HMG commercial community to develop and implement a strategy to deliver outcomes against sponsored priorities, relating to best practice within current and future regulations.

Overseeing and engaging a senior cross-HMG commercial governance structure to cohere the community, strengthen the network and drive forward activity at all levels.

To propose and agree new areas of cross-cutting commercial activity with buy-in from across the community.

To measure and track the success of activity and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.

Supporting the wider team with cross-cutting commercial activity as appropriate.

**You’ll have**:

- Strong commercial expertise, with knowledge and experience of working within the PCRs/DSPCRs and cross-HMG NS commercial landscape.
- The ability to lead transformational change, including culture change, as well as an enthusiasm to take risk and explore novel approaches.
- The ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with a wide range of organisations and people and using those relationships to achieve desired outcomes.
- Possess strong project management skills, with the ability to understand the developing strategic context and implications to desired outcomes.
- Ideally, experience of working in the NS Commercial Community.
- Ideally, have a National Security Commercial background
