**About the role**

We are looking for a passionate and experienced individual to lead our Wellbeing team at Reaseheath College. As Wellbeing Team Leader, you will play a vital role in shaping and delivering a proactive, inclusive, and responsive wellbeing service for both students and staff. This is a unique opportunity to lead a dedicated team of Wellbeing Advisors and Chaplaincy staff, while also working closely with safeguarding leads, curriculum teams, and external partners to ensure our community is supported, safeguarded, and empowered to thrive.

You will be responsible for the operational delivery of wellbeing initiatives, including high-profile events like Well-fest, and for embedding a culture of care and resilience across the College. **Key responsibilities**:
As Wellbeing Team Leader, you will:

- Oversee the operational delivery of the College’s wellbeing services for students and staff, including counselling and chaplaincy provision.
- Plan and deliver impactful wellbeing initiatives and events, such as Wellfest, and support cross-college campaigns and partnerships.
- Monitor service quality and performance, producing regular reports and contributing to the College’s safeguarding and wellbeing strategy.
- Develop and deliver the staff wellbeing strategy in collaboration with HR, aligned to national best practice and charter marks.
- Act as a Sexual Violence Liaison Officer (SVLO), providing signposting and support in line with training and policy.
- Contribute to the development of the BeReady Programme and the College’s strategic plan through the Wellbeing team’s operational delivery plan.
- Be an experienced professional with a strong background in health, wellbeing, and mental health support, ideally within an educational setting.
- Have significant experience in safeguarding, Prevent, and working with external agencies to support vulnerable individuals.
- Demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and support a diverse team.
- Be confident in managing budgets, planning events, and using data to inform service improvements.
- Possess a deep understanding of diversity, inclusion, and the BACP ethical framework.
