We’re looking for someone to join our customer experience team to work with teams across the business to drive continual improvement and ensure that we are working the best way for our customers. This is a great position for someone who has the ability to see how the smallest details come together to form the bigger picture of how we operate at West Kent.
Speaking of our customers, they are at the heart of all that we do. They are fantastic and diverse bunch, who you will have the opportunity to work with across many cross-functional projects.
Your love of looking at data and providing insight will help us to shape services to meet our resident’s needs. We are currently mapping out our customer journeys, identifying more areas we can digitalise, and delivering our aims within our new customer strategy, so you will need to be able to step into the role, ready to go.
You will be joining us at a very busy time, so previous experience and knowledge of customer experience and an ability to draw insight from data and clearly communicate this will be essential.
You’ll need to be motivated to find answers and enjoy plate spinning. No two weeks will be the same for you, but you’ll be supported the whole way by a great team of colleagues.
