Job Title: Warehouse Assistant and Picker

Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- **Following Job Sheets**:

- Review job sheets to understand order requirements and specifications.
- Follow instructions precisely to ensure accurate pulling, preparing, and picking of items.
- **Pulling, Preparing, and Picking Items**:

- Retrieve items from designated storage areas based on order details.
- Ensure items are prepared and packed securely and meet quality standards.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect items for quality and functionality before packing and dispatching.
- Report any faulty or damaged items promptly to the Warehouse Manager for replacement.
- **Loading and Unloading Vans**:

- Assist in loading and unloading vans with prepared orders and event materials.
- Securely pack items to ensure safe transport to event venues.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Maintain accurate inventory records of stock levels and locations.
- Conduct regular stock checks and support in replenishing stock as needed.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with warehouse team members and other departments to fulfil orders efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with the Warehouse Manager regarding stock status and order progress.

- Previous experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in picking and packing roles.
