Your Role as a Care Assistant

As a **female Care Assistant with a full UK driving licence**, you'll play a vital role in providing personalised support and companionship to those who rely on us.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing) with sensitivity and respect
Support clients during home visits and community engagement
Offer emotional support and companionship
Maintain a clean and homely environment
Communicate with warmth, clarity, and empathy
Promote client independence and choice
Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and their families

What You’ll Need:
✔ A caring, compassionate nature
✔Passion for providing high-quality, person-centred care
✔ **Full UK driving licence** and access to a vehicle
✔ Flexibility to work across shifts including weekends
✔ Willingness to complete mandatory training and registration with the **SSSC**
