**Job Title: Care Assistant**

**Hourly Rate: £10.50ph Mon to Fri & £14ph at weekends plus mileage at 45p per mile and holiday pay**

**Hours: Full Time and Part Time available, family friendly working shifts**

**Hours of work**

Fulltime 2-week rotational shift pattern.

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday

Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

Early Shift: 7 am - 2 pm Late shift: 4 pm - 10 pm

**Working every second weekend is necessary for client consistency.**

**What we are looking for**
- Previous experience of working in the care sector is preferred but training available
- Valid **driving licence and access to own transport is essential - **Business Insurance required
- Can provide 2 satisfactory references
- Be caring and compassionate, reliable and resilient
- Basic IT Skills (online learning and electronic record keeping)

**About the role**

You will visit clients in their own homes and provide a range of care services. These include;
- Personal Care (including, bathing, showering, toilet assistance)
- Medication support
- Meal preparation and assistance
- Social stimulation support
- Supporting clients to appointments and outings

**It is now a requirement to provide an overseas police check dated within the last 3 months of being in the UK if you have lived outside of the UK for longer than a year in the last 5 years.**
