We are looking for Care Assistants - Days to join our wonderful team in our beautiful home in Otterbourne, near Winchester.

We are seeking individuals who can demonstrate our four key values; kindness, care, choice and community. Previous care experience is always useful, but full training is provided.

**What will I be doing?**

As a Care Assistant - Days, you will be:

- Acting as a key worker to some residents, and ensuring care plans are up to date and accurate;
- Providing personal care to the residents, ensuring dignity and respect are maintained at all times;
- Supporting new members of the team and providing constructive feedback;
- Encouraging independence as much as possible.

**What do I need to have to apply?**
- A shared understanding and the ability to demonstrate our four key values;
- A caring, compassionate personality;
- Reliability and punctuality;
- The ability to stay awake

**What can you offer me?**

This is a part time role with 0900-1300 shifts available.

We offer an hourly rate of £10.60 (£11.00 with NVQ2 in Health & Social Care). In addition we provide full training and continuing personal development, a free uniform, free DBS check, paid breaks, free meals when on duty and a Recommend a Friend Bonus Scheme.

Brendoncare Otterbourne Hill is located in between Chandlers Ford and Winchester, and comprises a care home providing personalised nursing and dementia care, residential apartments for those living with dementia, and a community hub where residents and local people can enjoy a range of facilities, activities and social opportunities.
