**We can employ those without care experience as our onboarding process includes training, work-based learning, and ongoing, hands-on support.**

As a healthcare assistant, you will be required to help clients in the community with;
- Personal care
- Medication
- Meal prep and nutrition
- Shopping and appointments
- Companionship
- Light cleaning duties
