**FULL TIME CUSTOMER SERVICES ADVISOR**

**THE JOB**

Your role is one of the most important delivering the best after care service in the business.

You will deal with customer complaints in respect of faults; liaising with suppliers and ensuring the customer is kept fully updated by liaising with the branches and delivery drivers.

Customer Service Assistant

**Responsibilities**:

- Process orders and ensure they are fulfilled
- Liaise with delivery team to ensure seamless process of delivering goods
- Handle customer complaints or concerns
- Log all contacts in our customer database system accurately
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as copying and filing
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience: Proven track record of customer interface, ideally in a similar environment
- Personality: Excellent communication skills, calm and confident being able to work under pressure, self-motivated and organised and a dependable flexible team player
- Qualities: Good listener, professional with a pride in problem solving and exceeding customer expectations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.50 per hour
