Step into a key leadership role as an Operations Supervisor with our client in Stevenson, North Ayrshire. We’re looking for an organised, people-focused supervisor to lead our frontline teams and keep our operations running smoothly and safely. £21.75 PAYE + Rolled up holidays + pensionsImmediate Start Available What you’ll be doing Leading and managing operatives, vehicles, plant and materials to deliver works on time and to a high standard Planning and scheduling workloads and appointments, making sure the right people and resources are in the right place at the right time Monitoring progress, productivity and quality, and making adjustments where needed Managing subcontractors, from identifying when they’re needed, to monitoring their performance Responding professionally to customer enquiries and complaints Keeping accurate records, documentation and reports using both manual and computerised systems Ensuring all Health & Safety and Asbestos procedures are followed, including on‑site checks and inspections Verifying timesheets, overtime, vehicle tracker information and other documentation Supporting out-of-hours services and contributing to emergency planning activities What you’ll have Background/knowledge of dampness treatment works (Desirable) CSCS Card (Essential) CMI - HNC in Construction or Management or equivalent Building Trade qualification (SVQ Level 3 or equivalent) Full UK Drivers License (Essential) Who we’re looking for Experience in an operational, repairs, maintenance or field‑based service environment Strong people management skills Able to lead, motivate and organise teams Confident in planning, scheduling and using resources efficiently Comfortable using IT systems and producing clear, accurate records and reports A strong focus on safety, quality and customer service If you’re ready to take the next step in your supervisory career and play a vital role in our client’s operations, please apply via this advert or contact Cameron at Blueprint Recruitment ltd.
