Xuper's head office is based in Derby where most of our staff work. The Derby office is responsible for project management, delivery, and quality control. Outside of the UK we have several virtual offices, but India and the US have a strong team of people who help to sell and deliver our services.
**Person Specification**:
**About the Role**:
- Sales Administration - Assisting with administration of Post Sales Activity
- Liaising with the Sales team to ensure that orders won are invoiced correctly and in a timely manner
- Liaising with the Finance team regarding invoices and purchase orders
- Processing charges for work that has been undertaken both in the UK and globally
- Raising purchase orders for organisations that have carried out work on our behalf
- Creating pre-invoice worksheets for customer accounts
- Working with customer to support their queries
- Creating support contracts
