**About the project**

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Technical Clerk to work in our expanding Information Management team. The core aim for the appointed Technical Clerk will be to provide administrative support to project teams. After thorough training in all aspects of Information Management you will have the opportunity to become a Document Controller and further develop to a Senior role.
**Key responsibilities**
- Ensure documents can be tracked in a timely manner
- Provide assistance with basic tasks where requested and perform other related support duties
- Ensure all project documents are managed in line with Company procedures
- Issue and distribute project documentation in accordance with agreed document distribution matrices (DDM’s) to ensure all current documents are relevant versions and available at point of use
- Ensure documents both internally and from external sources are legible and identifiable
- Track and Report on Project Document Status and produce monthly KPI’s
- Record and Distribute Incoming Supplier & 3rd Party Documentation project Document Control system (D2/ iCosNet)
- Maintain project correspondence & project files
- Upload drawings and documents to our DMS systems (D2/ iCosNet)
- Perform a variety of clerical duties such as typing, copying & compiling data, maintaining & filing records and reports, and handling paperwork
**About you**

- Be able to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent analytical skills, a measured approach to decision making and the ability to communicate at all levels
