We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Operating Department Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team as an Operating Department Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of patients before, during, and after surgical procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare operating rooms, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
- Assist the surgical team during procedures, providing essential support and anticipating the needs of the surgeons.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and assist in their recovery post-surgery.
- Maintain a sterile environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

**Requirements**:

- HCPC Registration is mandatory.
- Proven experience as an Operating Department Practitioner.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.

**Salary**: £62,400.00-£79,040.00 per year
