Administration Assistant

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Maintain organised filing systems and manage data entry tasks accurately
- Taking client Payments
- Helping the commercial team ensure that all deliveries are completed in a timely manner and labelled accurately
- Booking courier transport
- Helping to produced job bags and job related paperwork
- Support the team in clerical duties such as typing correspondence and managing office supplies
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and workflow
**Qualifications**
- Previous office experience is essential, with a focus on administrative roles
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for data entry tasks
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication
- Previous clerical experience will be considered an asset
Pay: £25,400.00-£26,000.00 per year
