We're on the lookout for new Front of House Staff at Attendant.

Being a Front of House member means putting your best face on. You'll be our customers first point of contact and you'll be responsible for giving our customers a top rate experience. You'll be responsible for relaying customer orders accurately for our chefs and baristas so they in turn can provide the superb food and coffee experience that Attendant is known for.

You'll be required to have a high functioning knowledge and understanding of our menu, allergens, cold drinks and coffees. You'll be overseeing the front of house and ensure all of our customers are happy and content, and once they've left, ready the tables for the next customers. You will also help the team with other jobs around the cafe, from appropriate admin work down general cleaning and opening & closing duties.

We're on the lookout for 2 full time Front of House staff members with a passion for service. Is that you?

**_About you_**
- A minimum of 2 Years Customer Service or Hospitality Experience.
- A working understanding of how coffee is made and how to differentiate between different coffee beverages.
- Easy to chat to and passionate about customer service.
- Previous experience working within a team.

**_Responsibilities_**
- Reporting to the Manager & Head of Service.
- To set and maintain high standards of customer service and ensure the team does the same.
- To provide staff cover as required on a daily basis.
- Ensuring good timekeeping by arriving promptly for work.
- To work within a team and and to be responsible for the presentation of the food and drink offered for sale and the completion of any appropriate admin duties.
- To assist the Manager in maintaining standards of hygiene and health & safety at all times throughout service and during opening and closing procedures.
- Opening and closing the cafe and following all operating procedures whilst doing so.

40-45 hours a week

**_Cafe opening hours_**

Monday - Friday 8.00am - 6.00pm, Saturday 9.00am - 6.00pm, Sunday 9.00am - 6.00pm

**_Probationary Period_**

6 months.
