**Let's talk about the Service Operations team** ️

The Service Ops mission is to ensure the delivery of world-class operations in every Stuart City. As the on the ground team, we are at the forefront of the operation and have to consider all of Stuart's stakeholders as we make decisions each day on balancing exceptional client experience, courier efficiency and profitability. To help us make these important decisions, we work closely with the other operational and commercial teams to ensure we have all the required data. We're passionate about delivering the best possible outcomes for Stuart and are continually looking to improve the operation by using our on the ground execution expertise to improve or suggest improvements to the tools, processes and features supporting Stuart's success.

**About the Role**

We’re looking for a Regional Management Lead to lead the Regional Management team within the Service Performance Operations Department.

**What will I be doing?**:

- You will be responsible for managing a team of ~20 people, made up of Area, Regional Managers and deputies - all delivering on day to day operational metrics
- Your team will deliver the day-to-day operational and financial management of our UK cities, owning a budget of ~£1m of incentives per week
- You will run the UK city operations through a balanced scorecard approach that balances rider efficiency, cost, operational performance and sustainability - your team will deliver this through use of demand and supply management tools
- You will be the direct POC for Account Management to solve any operational challenges for our clients & provide them with UK-wide updates on performance
- You will work closely with the Performance Ops Insights team to ensure your team has the right reporting, data analysis and dashboards in place to maximise their effectiveness
- Devising mid to long term strategies that will support continuous improvement as well as streamlining day-to-day Regional Management processes to increase team productivity

**Day to Day Responsibilities
- Managing an incentive budget of £1m per week, ensuring optimal allocation to achieve maximum performance with the highest level of rider and cost efficiency
- Overseeing the operational and financial performance of ~40 cities across the UK and holding Regional Managers accountable to their targets
- Acting as a direct liaison with stakeholders across Account Management, Service Operations, Service Enablement & Business Operations
- Delivering operational efficiency improvements in order to increase the scalability & agility of the day-to-day operations & implementation of your team

**What do we need from you?**:

- Minimum of 6 years of work experience in management, operations, startups or consulting
- You have experience managing large teams
- You are an Operator at heart and love everything relating to Operational efficiency, incremental wins & day-to-day management and execution
- You are a strong collaborator and love working cross-functionallyYou are highly strategic & have excellent communication skills
- You are inquisitive and forward-thinking - curious, thoughtful and confident questioning the status-quo
