**The role -** **Data Entry Administrator/ Clerk**
**What you’ll do**:
We are looking for a motivated **Data Entry Administrator/ Clerk** to transfer and condense complex data into a simple systems database for accurate documentation and record-keeping. Follow procedure to enter customer and account information from reports, receipts, and other forms in a timely and efficient manner. Provide reports to upper management, senior leadership and key stakeholders if needed.
**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Enter data into database management system within specified timeframe
- Review data to ensure accuracy of data input and prioritises projects in order of importance
- Ensure confidentiality of information by keeping confidential data private and secure
- Administrative duties such as filing forms and reports
- Troubleshoot customer and account system changes and upgrades with testing of data input and output and records results
- Back up important data files to secure storage system
- Follow policies and procedures and reports changes necessary to improve systems or reduce costs
- Learn systems and staying updated on upgrades and procedural changes
- Update spreadsheets and populating reports for regular review by upper management and senior leadership
- Ability to retrieve information held on computer systems to generate reports
- Interact with clients as well as team members from other departments regarding data input
- Maintain accurate records of computer and software systems updates, upgrades and other changes
**Experience we’re looking for**:
- Experience in a similar role within E-Commerce or other Fast-paced Tech Organisations
- Data driven
- Attention to Detail and Ability to Work on Deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly proactive and self-motivated
- Critical Thinker and Problem-Solver
