As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Multiskilled Operative with expertise in contract vinyl flooring installation to join our expanding team.

**Role Overview**

This is a hands-on role that offers consistent local work, long-term stability, and the chance to work within a supportive, reputable and well-structured company.

**Key Responsibilities**

Install a variety of contract vinyl flooring systems, including:

- Cap and cove
- Sheet vinyl
- Safety flooring (e.g., Polysafe, Altro)
- Vinyl tiles and commercial-grade products
- Carry out subfloor preparation including latex screeding, ply boarding and levelling.
- Undertake additional property maintenance tasks where required as part of a multiskilled team.
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and complies with health & safety regulations.
- Professionally represent O’Hara Services Ltd on-site and maintain strong client relationships.
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and project targets.
- Complete digital job sheets, site reports and relevant documentation accurately.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience fitting contract vinyl flooring (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of subfloor preparation and commercial flooring systems.
- Ability to deliver clean, precise, and professional workmanship.
- A multiskilled background in other trades is a strong advantage.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- CSCS card (preferred but not essential).
- Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently, manage workload, and maintain high standards.
