Role: General Multi Trades

Location: South and West Yorkshire

Full time following completion of a 3 month initial trial.

Requires travel and driving licence

Region Salary: 16 - 19 / hr. Salary review after 3 months based on performance.

The role: You will be required to carry out the maintenance and repairs on contracts in the region.

Key Accountabilities: Undertake planned and reactive maintenance building maintenance/fabric works in accordance with contractual KPI's. Carry out minor alterations and installations in accordance with current specifications. Complete general repairs and maintenance to the building as designated e.g. repairs to the building fabric, Tilling, plumbing, joinery, locks, painting, flooring, doors, electrics and drainage.

Skills and qualifications: Good professional standard of general construction trades. Have good communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work at heights and competent in the use of steps and ladders Full UK driving licence and Own set of Tools appropriate for carrying out the works
