**Sunday to Thursday 4.00am-1.30pm / 1:30pm-10:00pm**

**Tuesday to Saturday 4.00am-1.30pm**

Due to continued growth in our business, we are looking to build our existing teams to meet the demands of our customers, and we are looking to recruit additional Team Members to join our busy friendly business.

**What will you be doing?**

You will work as part of the Convenience pre-cooked Food preparation team, carrying out daily production tasks to ensure we use the correct meat at the right temperature, and process it through the right equipment ready for cooking. This is a manual role and does involve handling cold raw meat. Team members will receive full training to use the equipment and carry out this role successfully.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To identify different cuts of meat, unbox and unload product on to machinery
- Cutting, grinding, and preparing meats following specific customer required orders.
- Stripping the machinery to checks blades and reassemble.
- Following recipes, weighing product using scales
- Learning all 4 types mincers
- To complete all necessary paperwork
- To work following a daily plan, producing meat product at the highest quality, quantity required and within a specific time frame

**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**:

- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lift 25kg of frozen block of raw meat
- Ability to use hand tools, stand or walk for extended periods and work in cold environments
- Be able to stand for the duration of the shift and lift materials up to 20/22kg
- Be good at working with their hands and machinery
- To work well within a team
- Be able to work quickly, accurately and consistently
- Be numerate and literate
- Understand the importance of hygiene standards and health and safety regulations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.82-£12.71 per hour
