**Job Description**:
**The Opportunity**
Our Alloa site has a strong historical connection to the local area with over 270 years of heritage in the spirits industry. There is currently an exciting opportunity for a Process Shift Operator in our production team at our Alloa site.
Our Process Shift Operators are our bottle creators. They operator our hot end forming machines, creating hundreds of quality, glass containers each minute of each day. They respect operating procedures and safety tools to protect their own safety and that of their colleagues. Within our continuous shift operation, our hot end operators work in challenging conditions to create products that delight our customers.
**Who you are**
A successful Process Shift Operator is someone who has a keen eye for mechanical systems and processes, whether that is through professional experience or personal hobbies. They know the importance of urgency in the manufacturing process and appreciate that achieving operational targets and efficiencies goes beyond meeting business objectives and is our responsibility in creating a sustainable future and preserving natural resources. - 8 hour x 5 Crew rotating Shift Pattern
- Dayshift, Backshift, Nightshift
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
**Qualifications**:
Experience with a production process or mechanical tasks will be advantageous.
