**THE ROLE**:
As part of a small entrepreneurial team working on the launch of a new beauty project, the Brand UK Client Experience Assistant will be the main point of contact for clients queries for the UK business. Reporting into the Head of Business Development, you will support the digital team by assisting clients not only with their orders and online queries but also providing advice about our products and programs.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**

**UK Client Experience**
- Manage the Brand UK client experience portal providing both excellent and timely responses to all queries and problems.
- Manage returns, customer refunds, and all problems relating to UK e-commerce orders.
- Maintain and build upon the existing relationship with the Brand’s domestic and non-domestic courier to ensure all KPIs are met and that issues and claims are raised within a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain the client experience tracker and other relevant reports such as refunds and returns trackers.
- Create and maintain a head office sampling scheme whereby customers enquiring about samples can receive free samples in the post with a bespoke online offer.
- Help design and maintain a comprehensive FAQ tackling as many customer questions as possible.
- Based on interactions with clients, update their profiles in the brand database to improve the team overall knowledge and targeting.
**E-commerce**
- Carry out daily check-ups on both the Brand online ordering platform and stock management system.
- Communicate with global operations team on any global stock issues and or system problems that may affect UK Ecommerce orders.
- Liaise with the sales and operations team in the UK to establish stock availability and pre-empt any issues that might affect customers ordering online.
**Warehouse**

- Manage relationship with the Brand E-commerce Warehouse.
- Organise and co-ordinate delivery and inventory of the Brand UK e-commerce mailers, inserts and other packaging supplies.
- Propose improvements in the processes related to the relations with the warehouse and he sales & operations teams.
**Ad-hoc Responsibilities**
- When required, contribute, and attend any team events.
- General administrative responsibilities relating to the wider Digital team such as updating planners and giving feedback on current processes.
- Creating presentations and reports to present to the rest of the Brand UK internal team and externally.
