If you are an experienced administrator with experience in transport planning or logistics, then this is the role for you Time Appointments are delighted to be working on behalf of leading company in the Ipswich area who are looking for a new friendly andenthusiastic face to join their team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Planning and controlling outbound logistics to customers considering operational resource/restrictions
- Order processing and confirmation.
- Liaise with Customers, Customs and Hauliers ensuring all documents are received within the designated time frame.
- Completing Export customs clearance and Annex VII to ensure loads can be shipped
- Manage the export process from start to finish, developing and maintaining effective working relationships with key customers
- Resolving service-related queries and invoice/charge queries on behalf of the customer with the support of the finance and sales team.
- Carry out various administrative tasks, including preparing and handling all relevant documentation
- Updating customer details on our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
- Establish and develop good working relationships with all stakeholders, including Customers, Drivers, Transport Manager, the Sales team, and third-party contractors

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Experience in Transport /Logistics scheduling.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workload effectively.
- Experience in working to tight deadlines
- Good attention to detail
- Good geographical knowledge of the local area
- Good PC skills -Essential knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook & Teams (specifically strong knowledge of Excel).
