**£26,526 per annum (pro rata)**

**15 HOURS PER WEEK**

**2 Working days**

The role involves working within the Bereavement Services Team supporting Nottinghamshire residents who are

over the age of 18 who have been affected by a palliative diagnosis or affected by an expected death. You will carry a

caseload offering 1:1 bereavement and end of life counselling to clients with the most complex and urgent needs, as

well as develop and facilitate bereavement support groups around Nottinghamshire. Participate in the promotion and

development of the service.
