Saturday Receptionist

We're looking for a friendly and organized **Saturday Receptionist** to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and have a positive, professional demeanour, this is the perfect role for you

**Hours**: Every Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome clients and visitors as they arrive.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Assist with light administrative tasks as needed (e.g., sorting mail, filing documents).

**What We're Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a customer-facing or administrative role is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A professional and polite phone manner.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Pinnacle DMS).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to work.
