We seek a **Senior Systems Field Engineer** to provide exceptional on-site IT support and network upgrades for our clients. As a key team member, you will work closely with account managers, admin teams, and clients to ensure that networks runsmoothly, proactively identifying and escalating issues where necessary. You will also be responsible for providing helpdesk support when not on-site and assisting the sales team in bidding for new clients or planning for project work.

**Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:
Develop strong relationships and trust with clients through honest guidance and thinking in their best interests.

Provide a professional and consultative approach to dealing with customers, proactively identifying issues and opportunities and escalating/feedback concerns where necessary.

Install, configure, and troubleshoot Server 2012/16/19 and Microsoft Office 365, and install new firewalls reliably and securely (experience with ZyXel, Sophos, and Cisco Meraki is preferred).

Provide helpdesk support when not on site and be willing to 'chip in' where needed.

Be responsible for site visits, ensuring that you understand the scope of the visit before arriving and discuss the visit with the customer before starting. You will also ensure notes are completed and the customer understands/appreciates the work done atthe end of the day.

Maintain a high level of professionalism, including timeliness, attire, and manners.

Be comfortable discussing and understanding your client's requirements to offer solutions to develop an appropriate network or solution.

Assist the project manager in ordering the right kit and additional necessary resources.

**Skills Required**:
3+ years' experience working within a VAR/MSP servicing multiple vertical markets in a similar role.

In-depth experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Server 2012/16/19, and Microsoft Office 365.

Experience in installing new firewalls reliably and securely (experience with ZyXel, Sophos, and Cisco Meraki is preferred).
