**Your Training**
- You will study toward a **degree-level qualification via the University of the Built Environment**:
- **Online course delivery** allows you to work while you study
- **One day per week** is allocated to your studies

**The Role**
As an apprentice, you’ll support the delivery of utility, infrastructure, and renewable energy projects, as well as land and estate management across the region.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Assist with a varied portfolio of infrastructure and renewable energy projects
- Support the management of agricultural, residential, and commercial properties
- Deliver land and property services to clients with a proactive, client-focused approach
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- Contribute to long-term asset and property management strategies
- Maintain high-quality records and ensure compliance with company processes
**About You**
We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised, and keen to learn.
**Requirements**:
- 96 UCAS tariff points or equivalent
- GCSE Grade 4 (C) or above in English and Maths (or equivalent)
- Right to work in England
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- High attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car
- Willingness to travel to sites and projects
- Positive, team-oriented mindset
**Our Locations**
**Northwich** - Located in Mid-Cheshire, our office offers excellent transport links to Manchester, Liverpool, Chester, and beyond.
**Kendal** - Situated on the edge of the Lake District National Park, our Kendal office serves clients across the wider northwest region.
Both locations operate as a single team to deliver comprehensive services in land agency, infrastructure, and property management.
